Trading of the company’s shares was halted on September 30, 2024, after Digicann announced a definitive Business Combination Agreement dated September 27, 2024, with 3Win Corp. On October 29, the company announced the mutual termination of the agreement with 3Win and D-3 Merger Sub, Inc.
Digicann Ventures Inc. will continue to seek other opportunities.
