Terra Clean Energy Issues Shares for Utah Mining Assets
Vancouver, B.C. — November 12, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Terra Clean Energy Corp. (CSE: TCEC, OTCQB: TCEFF, FSE: C9O0) has issued 750,000 common shares to property owners of mining assets in Emery County, Utah, according to a press release dated November 12, 2025.
The share issuances are linked to agreements aimed at securing interests in the Wheel Anne Claims and the Green Vein Mesa Claims. Further details regarding the requirements for earning these interests can be found in a press release dated September 24, 2025.
The company plans to conduct a site visit and sampling program within the next two weeks, in preparation for a drilling program. The sampling will focus on the mineralized contact between the Triassic aged Moenkopi and overlying Chinle formations, prioritizing areas with historical sample locations and mine workings. The program is expected to take up to one week to complete.
Samples will undergo radiometric assays using a handheld spectrometer, and select rock samples will be analyzed geochemically. Historical mine workings will be accurately located and reconciled with historical maps and records to plan an effective drill program for early 2026.
Trevor Perkins, VP of Exploration for Terra, expressed confidence in recovering more uranium from the Green Vein Mesa and Wheel Anne claim groups, based on information from old mines. He stated that a focused drill program will help determine the precise amount of uranium present.
Greg Cameron, CEO of Terra, stated that the company’s recent financing provides sufficient funding for the initial work program, including drilling, which he believes will unlock significant value for shareholders.
All securities issued in connection with these agreements are subject to a four-month plus one day hold period from the date of issuance, following applicable securities laws.
