Noble Mineral Exploration Announces Grant of Restricted Share Units

Toronto, Ontario — February 9, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTCQB:NLPXF) has announced its Board of Directors approved the grant of 3,330,000 restricted share units (RSUs) to its officers, directors, and certain consultants, effective February 6, 2026.

The RSUs vest one year after the grant date and were issued for services to be provided over the next year. This grant aligns with Noble’s Amended and Restated 2022 Equity Incentive Plan.

Of the total RSUs, 1,650,000 were granted to the company’s directors and officers. Once fully vested, these RSUs can be settled in common shares of Noble, their cash equivalent, or a mix of both.

The issuance of these RSUs is contingent upon meeting the TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Following this grant, Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. will have a total of 3,330,000 RSUs outstanding.

Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. is a Canadian junior exploration firm with holdings in Canada Nickel Company Inc., Homeland Nickel Inc., East Timmins Nickel Inc. (20%), and the Holdsworth gold exploration property near Wawa, Ontario.

Noble possesses mineral and/or exploration rights across approximately 70,000 hectares in Northern Ontario and around 24,000 hectares in Quebec. The company intends to initiate option/joint venture exploration programs in these areas.

The company’s assets include mineral rights and/or exploration rights in 18,000 hectares in the Timmins-Cochrane areas (Project 81), about 2,215 hectares in Thomas Twp/Timmins, and a 20% interest in roughly 38,700 hectares in the Timmins area held by East Timmins Nickel. Project 81 features gold, nickel-cobalt, and base metal exploration targets. Noble also controls around 4,600 hectares in the Nagagami Carbonatite Complex and approximately 3,200 hectares in the Boulder Project, both near Hearst, Ontario, as well as roughly 3,700 hectares in the Buckingham Graphite Property, around 10,152 hectares in the Havre St Pierre Nickel, Copper, PGM property, about 1,573 hectares in the Cere-Villebon Nickel, Copper, PGM property, approximately 569 hectare Uranium/Rare Earth property (Chateau), roughly 461 hectare Uranium/Molybdenum property (Taser North), around 4,465 hectares REE Mehmet Property, and the roughly 3300 hectare Gull Lake REE Property all in Quebec, and the about 647 hectare Chapiteau REE property in Labrador.

Noble’s shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol NOB.
