Integrated Cyber Solutions Closes $3 Million Private Placement
VANCOUVER, British Columbia — November 12, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. has announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement financing, raising gross proceeds of $3,025,000.
The offering, which was oversubscribed by C$525,000, involved the sale of 12,100,000 common shares at a price of C$0.25 per share. The shares are subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws.
