Titan Technology Corp. Announces CEO Transition

St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador — February 26, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Titan Technology Corp. (CSE: TTC) has announced the resignation of Dean Fraser as Chief Executive Officer and director, effective February 25, 2025.

The company, which rents GPU computing power to third-party end-users through a cloud-based GPU hosting platform, has appointed Simon Cheng, the current Chief Technology Officer and board member, as the new CEO.

The Board of Directors expressed gratitude to Mr. Fraser for his service and contributions, noting that he helped the Company complete its listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Mr. Cheng brings over 10 years of experience in the technology and finance sectors, with a focus on program development, capital finance, business agreement negotiations, and corporate development. He previously provided advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors at professional investment firms.

Mr. Cheng stated he is honored to assume the role of CEO. He added that he looks forward to advancing the development and growth of Titan to meet the accelerating demand for GPU computing.
